How To Reach Support

To get help with Affirmday, please use the support contact option available within the app's Settings tab, or reach us through the contact link on our App Store listing. A direct support email address was not available at the time this page was generated — please check the app or App Store page for the most current contact information.

What To Include In Your Request

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your message:

  • A clear description of the issue or question.
  • The steps you took before the issue occurred, if applicable.
  • Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro) and iOS version.
  • The version of Affirmday you are using (found in Settings → About).
  • Any screenshots or screen recordings that illustrate the issue.

Billing And Subscription Help

Affirmday subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

For billing questions, refund requests, or subscription management:

  • To cancel your subscription: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Affirmday → Cancel Subscription.
  • To request a refund: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • For other billing disputes, contact Apple Support at https://support.apple.com.

Privacy And Data Requests

Because Affirmday stores all user data locally on your device, we do not hold copies of your personal data on any server. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data, including favorites, streak history, and preferences.

Response Expectations

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 2–3 business days. During periods of high volume — such as after a major app update — response times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get back to you promptly.
