Affirmday provides a daily affirmation deck app for personal, non-commercial self-care and mindfulness use. The app and its content — including affirmations, deck names, design elements, and exported share cards — are provided for your individual use only.

Affirmday is not a medical device, mental health treatment, or therapeutic service. The affirmations and content in the app are intended for general motivational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.

Affirmday does not currently require you to create an account. All app features are accessible without registration.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Affirmday. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Affirmday may offer optional subscription plans or one-time purchases that unlock additional features or content. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's purchase terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

We do not handle payment information directly. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple.

You agree to use Affirmday only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You agree not to:

All content within Affirmday — including the affirmation library, deck names, design elements, graphics, and the app itself — is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Share cards you export from the app may be shared for personal, non-commercial use. You retain no ownership interest in the underlying affirmation content by virtue of exporting a share card.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Affirmday, you grant us the right to use that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

Affirmday is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Content in the app is provided for general motivational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Affirmday, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the app or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Affirmday at any time by deleting the app from your device.

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at any time. If a paid subscription is active at the time of discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice and work with Apple to facilitate appropriate handling of affected subscriptions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
