FREE PDF Homework Scanner provides document scanning and PDF creation tools intended for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. The App processes all content locally on your device. No content is transmitted to any server operated by the developer.

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, which you agreed to when you downloaded the App.

The App does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. There are no age restrictions specific to the App beyond those imposed by the Apple App Store in your region. The App is intended to be used by students of all ages.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App to scan, create, or share content that:

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain all ownership rights in the content you create using the App — your scanned pages, PDFs, titles, and class labels are yours. The developer has no rights to your content and no access to it.

You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you scan and share comply with applicable copyright and academic honesty policies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scan quality, edge detection accuracy, and PDF output may vary depending on lighting conditions, device hardware, and the physical condition of the document being scanned.

The developer is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or uninstallation of the App.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF ACADEMIC STANDING, OR ANY OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

BECAUSE THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS (USD $0.00).

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the App. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.

Sections covering Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive any termination of these Terms.

The developer may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be made available through the App Store listing or within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
