These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grind mobile application ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use Of The Service

Grind provides a daily task-planning and goal-tracking experience designed to help you organize and prioritize actions related to building an income stream. The App uses AI-generated content to produce personalized daily plans based on information you provide.

Grind does not guarantee any financial outcome, business success, or income. All plans, tasks, and suggestions are informational only. The work required to achieve your goals remains entirely your own responsibility. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

Accounts And Eligibility

To use the full features of Grind you must create an account. By creating an account you represent that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age.
  • The information you provide during registration is accurate and current.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You will notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • You may use Sign in with Apple as an alternative to email-based registration.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the App.
  • Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the App's functionality or backend systems.
  • Use the App to infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
  • Abuse the referral system, including creating multiple accounts to self-refer or repeatedly redeem codes in bad faith.
  • Use automated means to access or interact with the App without our express written consent.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and functionality of the Grind App — excluding content you yourself submit — is owned by or licensed to the developer of Grind and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the personal notes, goals, and situation information you enter into the App. By submitting that content you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the App's services to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without express written permission.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated plans are produced by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently evaluating any suggestions the App provides before acting on them.

We expressly disclaim any representation that use of the App will result in financial gain, business success, or any other specific outcome.

Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER OF GRIND BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms, without notice and without liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
