We aim to respond to every inquiry. Please allow reasonable time for a response, especially during high-volume periods around the start of academic semesters.
What To Include In Your Request
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your message:
- The version of HS & College Calculator you are using (found in the App Store under the app's listing or in Settings).
- The iOS version and device model (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 17.4).
- A clear description of the issue, including the specific calculation or feature involved.
- If the problem is a calculation result, include the exact expression you entered and the result you received versus the result you expected.

Privacy And Data Requests
HS & College Calculator does not collect personal data. All calculations and history are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us. As a result, we have no personal data on file for any user.
If you need to clear your data, you can do so directly within the app using the history clear function, or by uninstalling the app, which permanently removes all locally stored information.
Because we hold no user data, we are unable to fulfill remote data export or deletion requests — there is simply nothing on our end to retrieve or remove.
Response Expectations
We review support requests as promptly as we can. While we cannot guarantee a specific response time, we take every report seriously and use feedback to improve the app.
For feature requests or suggestions, we welcome your ideas. We cannot promise that every request will be implemented, but all feedback is read and considered when planning future updates.
For bug reports that reproduce consistently, we will aim to address them in the next available app update.
