How To Reach Support
The best way to get help is by emailing us directly at timmymckeegan@icloud.com. Please use a descriptive subject line such as "Deckly — [brief issue description]" so we can route your message quickly.
What To Include In Your Request
To help us resolve your issue as efficiently as possible, please include the following in your message:
- A clear description of the issue or question.
- The steps that led to the problem, if applicable.
- Your iOS version (found in Settings → General → About).
- Your Deckly app version (found in the App Store under your account, or in the app if listed).
- Any screenshots or screen recordings that illustrate the issue.
Privacy And Data Requests
Deckly stores all data locally on your device. We do not hold a copy of your decks, cards, or study history. If you want to delete your data, simply delete the relevant decks within the app or uninstall Deckly entirely.
If you contacted us by email in the past and would like that correspondence deleted, email us at timmymckeegan@icloud.com and we will remove it promptly.
Response Expectations
Deckly is an independent app. We aim to respond to all support emails within a few business days. Response times may occasionally be longer during periods of high volume or app updates.
