These Terms of Use govern your use of Deckly, a flashcard application developed and published by timmy mckeegan. By downloading or using Deckly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use Of The Service

Deckly is a personal study tool that operates locally on your iOS device. You may use Deckly for personal, non-commercial study purposes. All flashcard content you create is stored on your device and is your responsibility.

Deckly requires a compatible iOS device. timmy mckeegan does not guarantee availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access to any networked features.

Accounts And Eligibility

Deckly does not require an account. There is no registration process. You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement to use this app. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you should use Deckly only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Deckly only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to create, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app, interfere with any networked components, or use automated tools to interact with any API the app depends on.

Intellectual Property

Deckly and all associated design, code, graphics, and copy are the intellectual property of timmy mckeegan. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use timmy mckeegan's trademarks, logos, or branding.

The flashcard content you create within Deckly remains your own. You grant no license to timmy mckeegan over that content because it is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Disclaimers

Deckly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

timmy mckeegan does not warrant that Deckly will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any networked components will be available at all times.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, timmy mckeegan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Deckly, including loss of data.

Because Deckly stores all content locally, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any flashcard content you wish to preserve.

Termination

You may stop using Deckly at any time by deleting the app from your device. timmy mckeegan reserves the right to discontinue or modify Deckly at any time without notice.

Upon termination or discontinuation, any locally stored data will remain on your device until you delete it.

Changes To These Terms

timmy mckeegan may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of this document. Continued use of Deckly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
