What To Include In Your Request

To help us resolve your issue efficiently, please include the following details in your support email:

  • A brief description of the issue or question.
  • The steps you took before the issue occurred (if applicable).
  • Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro).
  • Your iOS version (found in Settings > General > About).
  • The version of Parkstamp you are using (found in the App Store or in-app settings).
  • Any screenshots or screen recordings that illustrate the issue.

Privacy And Data Requests

Parkstamp stores all of your visit data locally on your device. We do not maintain a server-side copy of your parks passport, notes, or photos.

If you have a privacy-related question or wish to confirm what data the App holds, please email us. Because data is stored only on your device, most requests can be fulfilled by you directly:

  • To delete a visit log: open the App and delete the entry from within the App.
  • To delete all Parkstamp data: uninstall the App from your device.
  • For questions about our Privacy Policy or data practices, email timmymckeegan@icloud.com.

Response Expectations
