Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and create a unique user identifier through Supabase Auth.
User-generated content: Any posts, uploads, or other content you create or submit through the Service.

Diagnostic data: Crash reports and performance data generated during your use of the app.
Purchase information: Subscription and transaction records processed through StoreKit.

Product And Technical Data

Posted uses Supabase as its backend infrastructure provider. Data you submit, including account credentials and content, is stored on Supabase-managed servers. We also use analytics tooling to collect aggregated, pseudonymous usage and diagnostic data to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

The Service integrates App Tracking Transparency. If you are on a supported platform, you will be asked for permission before any advertising identifier is used for tracking purposes across apps or websites. You may change your preference at any time in your device Settings.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers: We share data with Supabase and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
StoreKit and Apple: Subscription and purchase transactions are handled by Apple's StoreKit framework and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
Business transfers: If Posted is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With your consent: We may share information in other ways when you have given explicit consent.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and user-generated content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Usage and diagnostic data is retained for a limited period consistent with its analytical purpose.

Children's Privacy

Posted is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
