These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Posted application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use Of The Service

Posted grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

Accounts And Eligibility

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement, and at least 13 years of age, to use the Service.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

Subscriptions And Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

  • Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
  • Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share through the Service.

  • Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Do not upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
  • Do not use the Service for spam, unsolicited communications, or commercial solicitation without authorization.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Posted and its licensors. The Posted name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary.

You retain ownership of content you create and post through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Posted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content available through the Service.

Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POSTED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes To These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
