How To Reach Support

To contact Sweep support, please use the support request form or email address listed in the App Store listing for Sweep. When you write in, providing the details below will help us respond faster and more accurately.

What To Include In Your Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following information in your message:

  • A brief description of the issue or question.
  • The steps you took before the issue occurred.
  • Your iPhone model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro).
  • The iOS version running on your device (Settings > General > About > iOS Version).
  • The version of Sweep you are using (visible in the App Store under the app listing).
  • Any error messages or unexpected behavior you observed.
  • If relevant, whether the issue occurs every time or intermittently.

Privacy And Data Requests

Sweep is 100% on-device. No personal data, photos, or usage information is ever collected or stored by us. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, export, or delete on your behalf.

If you have a privacy question or concern, you are welcome to contact us and we will respond as promptly as possible.

If you want to revoke Sweep's access to your photo library, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos on your iPhone and adjust Sweep's permission. This takes effect immediately and requires no action on our end.
